Kitsuné founders Gildas Loaek and Masaya Kuroki were proud to open their latest venture late last week, Café Kitsuné in their native Paris. According to a press release by the French brand, the menu will is concise, offering coffee from the region of Minas Gerais, Brazil, which is then roasted in London to acquire a heavy and full body with “notes of chocolate and toasted hazelnut, a light hint of ripe cherry, and a syrupy sweet finish.” For non-coffee drinkers, a range of cold-pressed juices are also available courtesy of Bob’s juice bar – “a Parisian pro making juices true to the fruits and mixing clever tastes” – alongside gluten-free pastries and cakes from Noglu.
